A Battleship of the 'Royal Sovereign' Class, ROYAL OAK was launched in November 1914. Between the wars she had bulges added and the anti-aircraft armament improved. She was torpedoed and sunk by U47 in Scapa Flow 14th October 1939 and sank with heavy loss of life. ( Hull length (38.3/4") Two sheet plan:-
