Flotilla leader of the 0' Class. Ship as in December 1942 when this ship. commanded by Captain Sherbrooke, in company with her sisters OBEDIENT, ORWELL, ORDURATE and ORIBI defended convoy JW51B in the Barents Sea against the HIPPER, LUTZOW and Six Destroyers. The ONSLOW was hit & set on fire. She had 17 killed & 20 wounded, including Sherbrooke who won a V.C. The convoy survived. (Hull length 21 '/2"). One sheet plan:-
