A 12" gun Monitor of the 'Lord Clive' Class it shows the vessel as modified to carry a 18" gun mounted aft shooting to starboard as in August 1918. Other modifications were the Cordite tanks on the foc'sle deck and the Anti-D.C.B. Rail on the bulges. ( Hull length 22"). Two sheet plan :
